Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you’re ecstatic with your purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to walk you through that transaction with you.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery, and there must be no signs of damage or wear. We’ll refund your purchase to the retail price, or we’re happy to exchange your product for another item of the same value. Our bottom line is making you happy, so we will work with you to make sure you get the Magic Ears items you love! 

If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us at merch@mmears.cn. We’ll send you instructions on how to initiate the process. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to return to a customer’s account. 

Damaged Items 
If you happen to receive a damaged item please email pictures of the item, package, and receipt to merch@mmears.cn and we will provide you the necessary steps to get your item replaced.

Lost Items
If your item gets lost in transit, please email us at merch@mmears.com with your order number and we’ll work to find out what has happened.
